Let us show you the benefits of working with local real estate attorneys.
There are many advantages involved with working with local real estate attorneys when you are buying or selling residential or commercial property in the Lake Norman, North Carolina area. One of these is saving money, as an out-of-town attorney will need to mail all documents to you and you’ll need to then return them after you’ve found a notary to witness your signatures. That is not just time-consuming – the cost is usually placed on your shoulders. At Ckezepis Law, PLLC, our local real estate attorneys not only let you avoid that scenario, but we also offer mobile service so you don’t even have to leave your home or business.
The mobile closing services provided by our local real estate attorneys do not cost you anything extra, as we include closing in our standard fee structure. The only time you’ll face an additional fee is if you are outside our service area:
- Iredell County: North to Amity Hill Road (Exit 45 on I-77), West to Knox Farm Road
- Cabarrus County: West to Cold Springs Road/Irish Potato Road interchange
- Lincoln County: East to Hwy 321
- Catawba County: North to W. North Carolina 10, East to Hwy 16
- Gaston County: East to Bessemer City Blvd. (Exit 14 on I-85)
- Union County: East to Hwy 601, South to Waxhaw Hwy (75)
We handle the closing, and then as soon as the transaction has been recorded with the Register of Deeds office, we release the funds with your choice of a check delivery or wire transfer. As local real estate attorneys with a strong standing in the community, our bank handles our wire transfers with one set fee, so you won’t pay extra if you need the proceeds separately disbursed. Contact us today if you would like to know more about our local real estate attorneys and how we can make your closing go smoothly.
