Trey Bright

Trey Bright

Born and raised in North Carolina, Trey Bright is a Tar Heel through and through. Mr. Bright earned undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a member of the University’s Honors Program and the Kenan-Flagler Business School. Mr. Bright continued his education in Chapel Hill at the University of North Carolina School of Law where he served as the Managing Editor of the First Amendment Law Review.

Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Bright practiced law in the Charlotte office of an international law firm where he routinely represented clients in commercial real estate finance, corporate finance, private equity, mezzanine financing and commercial lending transactions.

As Bright Law, PLLC’s Managing Partner, Mr. Bright is firmly committed to ensuring that the firm remains a leader in the North Carolina real estate community through a continued commitment to client service.

Myles

Myles Owens

Born in Texas and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. Myles Owens attended undergraduate at William Peace University where he was a member of the Men’s Golf Team for four years and received his degree in Pre-Law. Myles Owens went on to receive his Law degree and Master’s in Business Administration from Elon University where he served as a Business Fellow.

After Graduation, Myles Owens went on to serve as In-house counsel for a tech company in the Raleigh area representing the company in contract negotiations, data privacy and security matters. Myles Owens has experience in the commercial development space, primarily in multifamily development. Myles Owens has experience taking a project from the land acquisition, through the entitlement process until the project is refinanced after a lease-up period. Real estate has been a passion for Myles Owens since getting into the industry while in Law School.

Myles Owens is dedicated to customer service and making sure each client feels like their needs are being addressed as accurately and efficiently as possible.
