Trey Bright
Born and raised in North Carolina, Trey Bright is a Tar Heel through and through. Mr. Bright earned undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a member of the University’s Honors Program and the Kenan-Flagler Business School. Mr. Bright continued his education in Chapel Hill at the University of North Carolina School of Law where he served as the Managing Editor of the First Amendment Law Review.
Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Bright practiced law in the Charlotte office of an international law firm where he routinely represented clients in commercial real estate finance, corporate finance, private equity, mezzanine financing and commercial lending transactions.

Thomas “Miller” Gerrard
Thomas “Miller” Gerrard grew up a Tar Heel fan in Goldsboro, North Carolina. In 2018, Miller graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he double majored in Political Science and Peace, War & Defense. Miller continued his education and obtained his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2021, where he served as a Banking Institute Research Assistant to Professor Lissa L. Broome.
After graduation, Miller moved to Charlotte, where he worked in the Fund Finance group of an international firm. As an attorney at Bright Law, PLLC, Miller is dedicated to helping clients with their residential and commercial real estate needs.
